Non-urgent advice: Online Appointment System – eConsultation
All routine medical appointment requests must be submitted through our eConsult Form on the practice website. Once your request is received, a member of our clinical team will review the information and determine the most appropriate next step. This may include:
- Offering an appointment with the most suitable clinician
- Issuing a prescription
- Making an onward referral
- Providing advice or signposting to another appropriate service
Not all requests require an appointment, and our clinicians will provide the safest and most effective outcome based on your needs.
If You Cannot Complete the Online Form
If you are unable to complete the eConsult form due to accessibility needs, please call the practice. Our reception team will be happy to assist you.
Why Reception May Ask Questions
Our reception team may ask a few brief questions about your request. This helps our clinicians make an informed decision and ensures you receive the most appropriate care as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide safe, efficient, and effective care for all our patients.
